Malwarebytes
We recommend running the FREE version of Malwarebytes. The only downside of this is that you HAVE to run the software manually every couple of weeks, depending of how you use the internet. Also when upgrading they tend to set you off on a 14 day trial and then pester you to pay.
To resolve this, open the software and click on the settings cog, top right (middle of the 2 icons) and go to the Account tab and there will be a disable trial link down where the Activate Licence and Buy Now is. It may be worth you paying the subscription but that is down to you and with user intervention you get just as good a service. Try not to activate a trial when updating Malwarebytes unless you want to pay for the service.

Anti-Virus
The only free anti virus that I recommend these days is Birdefender Free, others I used to recommend AVG and Avast keep pressing people to pay for their services and so they are no longer recommended.

Livebox
To reset the 20 digit WiFi Password to a more useable 8 digits, go to a web browser and type livebox into the address bar. If that doesn’t work type 192.168.1.1
It will then ask for the password, it is usually the first 8 digits of the WiFi password, if not that click on first time use below and follow the instructions.
Once logged into the Livebox you can change the language to English on the link at the top. Then click on the WiFi tab along the top.
Click on advanced WiFi on the left hand menu. Scroll down to Security Key and click on Modify and then enter your new password and click on Save. Go to the bottom of the page and click Save.
Remember if your device is connected by WiFi then you will be logged off, you need to go into your device and forget the old network and reconnect.
